Shipping Areas
We deliver our products to Québec. For any delivery requests outside these areas, please contact us.
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.
- An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, customs, strikes, etc.).
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume of the order, and destination.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (see conditions on our website).
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can track your package online via our shipping partner.
2. Returns and Refunds
Return Conditions
- You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return a product.
- Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- Some products are not eligible for return (customized items, chemicals, opened consumables, etc.).
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization.
2. Carefully pack the items and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
3. Ship the package to the following address: 1668 rue Gérard, Prévost, Québec, J0R 1T0.
4. Once we receive and verify the package, we will notify you of the return processing status.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages.
Refunds
